If you would like to request in-kind support for personal or project development, you can do that through this form.
If you have any access needs that means you need us to adapt this process, please call 0141 221 0970 or email newapproaches@nationaltheatrescotland.com
You will be given the choice to ask for:
· Space Loan – this could be a private space for solo working, a large meeting space for planning, or a rehearsal space for collaborative work on its feet. Use of space is only available for request if your project is unfunded. If you have received funding for the work you want to undertake, you should email carrie.taylor@nationaltheatrescotland.com to request space at our discounted arts workers rate.
· Equipment Loan – you can access our list of props here and request loans on tech equipment, props, sets and costume
· NTS attendance at a sharing of your work – please note we have a budget for attending this work, so do not need you to provide us with free tickets. It is unlikely that we would be able to attend an event that happens less than one month from request date.
If you are intending to name or include this in-kind support as part of a funding application, you must let us know this in advance as part of your request.
These requests are monitored by the Artistic Development Team as frequently as possible, and redirected to other departments as necessary. We will endeavour to let everyone know whether we can fulfil their request. Turnaround time for a response will be dependent on staff capacity. All requests are subject to availability and timelines, and will be prioritised for artists/companies from our priorities (see Strategic Framework) and who have not been lent support before.
While submitting your request, you will be asked to complete a Diversity Monitoring Form to help us understand who is engaging with us.
Once your request is submitted, you will automatically receive confirmation of receipt.
